Because we offer both digital downloads and physical items, our refund policy varies depending on the product type:<\/p>\n

1. Digital Products (Guides, Itineraries, E-books)<\/h3>\n

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products (such as PDF guides and downloadable itineraries) are final and non-refundable<\/b>.<\/p>\n

    2. Physical Products (Travel Gear)<\/h3>\n

    If you purchased a physical item from our shop, you have 14 calendar days<\/b> to return an item from the date you received it.<\/p>\n

      Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.<\/p>\n
