Refund and Returns Policy

Because we offer both digital downloads and physical items, our refund policy varies depending on the product type:
1. Digital Products (Guides, Itineraries, E-books)
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products (such as PDF guides and downloadable itineraries) are final and non-refundable.

Once the download link has been accessed or the file has been sent to your email, we cannot issue a refund.

2. Physical Products (Travel Gear)
If you purchased a physical item from our shop, you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items: Sale items or personalized products are not eligible for refunds.
3. Refunds Process
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (PayPal, Stripe, etc.).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
4. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Bookings (Flights, Hotels, Tours)
Please note that WithoutBorders does not directly manage bookings for flights, hotels, or tours made through our affiliate partners (like Travelpayouts, Booking.com, etc.).

For cancellations, changes, or refunds regarding a travel booking, you must contact the service provider or the booking platform directly.
